That's a bit of an empty area, for great live music.
Are you willing to drive a bit?
If so, how about Peri's Silver Dollar in Fairfax? One of my friends played here once, so I drove up and it was a blast! If I didn't live so far away, I'd be here all the time. They do blues, rock, acoustic.
Heard good things about Sweetwater Station (in Larkspur?) but have never personally been.
