Wife and I are spending a long weekend up in the Napa Valley area. I want to take her to some of the best wineries there, what are some of the best ones? Are there any with great food too? I really want to do something nice with her, and mediocre wines wouldn't be good.

I'd recommend Artesa Vineyards for its really lovely sculpture and good wine.
